Kelly has more than a decade of experience working in international education.

As Associate Director for Strategic Partnerships, she cultivates new partnerships for The College of Global Studies and works closely with directors, advisors, and faculty to enhance their campus globalization efforts, most notably in the areas of international internships, STEM research, and custom programming. She has extensive experience advising on best practices in the field of international education and working with institutions on curriculum integration and policy building. Kelly has developed and delivered presentations for university partners on Health and Safety in Study Abroad and STEM Research Programming Abroad, and she enjoys planning international site visits for faculty and staff to showcase Arcadia University’s programming in action. She has presented at national and local conferences and enjoys connecting people to each other in the field.

Kelly worked at Lehigh University as a study abroad advisor, Juniata College as a Service Learning Director, and she taught ESL for the Pennsylvania State University. She spent a year after college as a Team Leader for the Americorps National Civilian Community Corps.

As a student, Kelly participated in a study abroad program in Quito, Ecuador and spent time there leading high school students on summer service programs with Global Works Inc. Kelly holds a master’s degree from Lehigh University in Educational Leadership, a bachelor's degree in Communications and Cultural Arts from Juniata College, and a TESOL certificate from the School for International Training (SIT).
