As a Program Representative, Julicia travels nationwide, meeting with students at various American universities and encouraging them to study abroad!
Study abroad has been an integral part of Julicia’s professional and academic background. She has a MSc in International Migration & Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University. She studied abroad her junior year of college at the Poitiers campus of Sciences Po Paris, focusing on Latin American studies. Additionally, she has a certificate in Fashion Design from Moore College of Art and Design.
Julicia has worked in different positions and industries both in the U.S. and abroad, and she’s learned a lot from all of these experiences. She taught English in elementary schools in Orléans, France through the French Ministry of Education’s TAPIF program. Subsequently, she worked in the London School of Economics Residential Services Office helping students find accommodation. She has three years of experience in HR in Philadelphia, PA, specializing in diversity outreach and recruitment, corporate compliance, and training at all levels. Julicia also served as a study abroad peer advisor at Georgetown University during her senior year of college.
