Jillian joined The College of Global Studies team in August of 2013. As Program Representative for the Mid-Atlantic Region and Ohio, Jillian works with home institutions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio, and Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Arcadia, Jillian earned her M.A. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College of Columbia University. While at Columbia, she held a graduate assistantship in Barnard College's Office of International Programs, working with study abroad and incoming exchange students.
Jillian spent a semester studying at Queen Mary, University of London while obtaining her B.A. in Psychology from Boston College. Following graduation, she taught English for two years in Nara Prefecture with The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme. These combined experiences, both in the U.S. and abroad, deepened Jillian's commitment to actively supporting the internationalization of higher education and increasing the accessibility of education abroad for all students.
