Emma is a graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky where she earned a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Spanish. During her time there she studied abroad in fall of 2012 at the University of Limerick in Ireland. After her experience, Emma became a passionate advocate for education abroad leading her to intern as a Peer Ambassador with University of Kentucky’s Education Abroad Office. She plans on eventually pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education concentrating on international education. In addition to Ireland, Emma has had the opportunity to travel to all of the countries in the United Kingdom as well as Madrid and Barcelona in Spain. In addition to Ireland, Emma has had the opportunity to travel to all of the countries in the United Kingdom and much of mainland Western Europe.
