Bridget Donoghue Vornholt joined Arcadia as Assistant Director for the Southwest Region in 2008 with experience in the classroom, supporting students, as a school administrator and working for a foreign NGO. She works closely with her colleagues on the Academic and Student Services Teams to serve the schools in her region, and has enjoyed visiting many of Arcadia's programs in her years with The College of Global Studies.

Prior to her life at Arcadia, Bridget served as programs officer for the British Council, where she established the Council’s presence on the west coast, working in collaboration with the British Embassy and Consulate offices. In her role there, Bridget was instrumental in promoting institutions in the United Kingdom to high school, undergraduate, and graduate student audiences throughout the region. Utilizing this knowledge she later served on the NAFSA Consular Affairs Liaison Subcommittee of the EA Regulatory Practice Committee, advising students, parents and administrators on UK Visa regulations.

Bridget had her first experience with study abroad at the age of 7 when her family took part in an exchange spending several months in Sweden while her father was a student at Uppsala University. She went on to earn her degrees from California State University Fullerton and Fullerton College, and undertook a semester abroad experience in Cambridge, England.
