About

Hi everyone! My name is Mikayla and I am a sophomore at Arcadia University with an International Studies/Sociology double major and double minors in Spanish and Gender/Women's Studies. I have many interests and love talking about things that I am passionate about, such as feminism, meeting new people, and, of course, traveling. I studied abroad in London with the FYSAE program in Spring 2015 and have visited six countries. It is such an amazing opportunity to be able to study at the University of Cape Town! We are all citizens of one world and I can't wait to be able to explore a new corner of it! I love being able to share my stories and am so excited to take you on this journey with me!

Goodbyes are Temporary and Home is Where the Heart is

Mikayla T. January 19, 2016

I am writing my first blog post from an airplane flying somewhere over the middle of the United States. I'm on my way back to the land of sunshine and palm trees, my first home, after a much needed trip back to Glenside, my other home. I originally went… More
