About

Julianna Rose Aiello from Syracuse, New York is a student from Hollins University participating in the Arcadia, Athens program for the Spring semester of 2018. A Classics and Religious Studies double major, Julianna is no stranger to the nomadic life and looks forward to their time in Greece as a necessary road to travel down-- a highway into the past, so to speak. Julianna particularly is interested in studying cult organization in the ancient world, and the various methods to ritual practice. In the context of religion, Julianna sees the impact of spirituality on community-building and hopes to encourage interfaith connectivity throughout her career. What Julianna does for fun differs very little, but you can catch her lounging about a window reading "Hamlet" dressed in silk robes and sipping on fine tea in a second-hand mug. You can be sure to see melodramatic adventures, ancient knowledge, and spiritual development through exploration following this blog. You can catch the Love Witch's Outlawed Philosophy on instagram: @thelovelyhamlet. Please enjoy reading this blog, and feel free to give feedback at thelovelyhamlet@gmail.com ~~ ‚Äč
